Commemorating National Reading Day: A Report on Library Celebrations In the vibrant landscape of India, National Reading Day stands as a beacon of literary enthusiasm, celebrated annually on June 19th to honour the legacy of P.N. Panicker, the visionary pioneer of the library movement in Kerala. Libraries across the nation embrace this occasion with a fervour of activities, transforming their spaces into hubs of literary engagement and celebration. SFIT LIRC celebrated the National Reading Day 2022 with a very novel - "Spin a Wheel" activity. We received a huge response from all the students and staff members. SFITians took up to accept the "Read India Challenge" and participated in the month-long activity - Spin the Book Wheel. The concept was curated by T.E.
