  Over this time, we have come to understand that being an early career researcher is difficult with the challenges of getting your research getting published in the right journal at the right time. To help all our faculties overcome this hurdle and aid them in their journey to Ph.D., the Learning and Information Resource Centre (Central Library) and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of St. Francis Institute of Technology in collaboration with IEEE had organized a Virtual  Workshop for Authors. Learning and Information Resource Centre of SFIT organized a Virtual Training Session for the academic session 2020-21(even semester) on 30th January, 2021. Students were informed about the IEEE journals and magazines subscribed by our library. They were also updated about Remote Access to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. More than 200 students joined the session. It was concluded with an interactive quiz. The winners are Farhan Shaikh (TE CMPN), Puranjay Potnis (TE INFT) and Chinmayee Bhange. Many Congratulations!!
