E Workshop on Mendeley: Reference Management Software on 17th September 2022

Citations and references are essential components of any research. The citations and references also help to prevent plagiarism, and the authors are required to follow set guidelines when submitting their thesis and manuscripts. Incorrect referencing and citations may lead to the rejection of the manuscript, so it is crucial to understand the basics of referencing. Elsevier's Mendeley is a citation management tool that lets you collect citations, organize them, and insert them into documents & format bibliographies. The workshop will provide participants with practical experience using the Mendeley desktop for references and citations of manuscripts. Objective This program's purpose is to teach participants and especially B.E. students who are currently in Semester VII how to manage references using the Mendeley database software. Total Number of Participants: 30
